Hi, I'm Virender Pratap Singh (aka VP), a dynamic and data-driven Operations Leader with over 9 years of experience spearheading cross-functional teams. As a seasoned professional, I specialise in Operations Transformation, Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Process Improvement. My expertise extends across various industries, including Hospitality & PropTech (SaaS), Pre-Owned Car Marketplace (Retail), Premium Furniture (Retail), and Solar (SaaS).
Motivated by a passion for innovation and learning, I pursued an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School, graduating with distinction.
